I learned early in life the importance of putting my mental health first, but it is tough to do as a special-needs mom! My five-year-old autistic daughter is a handful… adorable, but still a handful 🤪.

Then came the pandemic in 2020. Yikes. Isolation. Overwhelm. I started using Facebook live to connect with my community and discovered I had a knack for it. I shared my struggles in a way that felt accessible to people.

I was honest and vulnerable (yes, there were even tears on camera – see them here and then watch the triumphant part 2 here). People needed to hear the messiness of my story alongside my optimistic hope. They feel understood, less alone and more hopeful.

Slowly, I was learning to calm the chaos. I wanted to share what I had learned with others in a meaningful way, so I became a life coach. Learn more about my story here.
